Focusing like this becomes a natural meditative practice, allowing you to stay centered, calm and peaceful. Meditation is not just sitting on a mountain by yourself; it’s about living in a meditative way of being. Facilitators: Dorothy Steinfeld is the director of programs at Peace Village. Dorothy, a spiritual educator with backgrounds in teaching and business, has been part of the Brahma Kumaris Peace Village since the retreat center’s inception. Over the years, she has cultivated an outstanding faculty of teachers and volunteers who carry forward the mission of peace, wisdom, and personal transformation. Zvika Zur has been practicing Raja Yoga since 1998 and has an infectious enthusiasm for learning and sharing spiritual concepts. He lives in the Boston area, is the father of adult twins, and always says that the wisdom he learned at the Brahma Kumaris made him so light in being a father.
