This retreat will include classes, interactive sessions, personal time, walks, and a chance for a new perspective on what is important in life. Facilitators Tina Agarwal, Ph.D. has worked as a research scientist in an academic setting and has a Ph.D. in plant science. She has been practicing Raja Yoga Meditation for more than 25 years.
