Spiritual Strength - 8 Tools for Inner Core Power

We spend a lot of time developing our physical core strength, which is so important for improving posture, protecting our back, and maintaining balance. But what about the health and balance of our spirit? Just like we have physical core muscles that protect our back, we each have 8 innate spiritual powers that will help us protect and strengthen our inner core of peace, happiness and love. Just like muscles must be exercised to become strong and stay fit, our 8 spiritual powers must be used consciously and regularly to build and maintain spiritual fitness. What are the benefits of spiritual fitness? Improved peace of mind, improved concentration, incredible resilience in life, better relationships, and more stability and inner strength than you may ever have thought possible. Join us for this unique weekend retreat and explore your own 8 inner powers and how to use them to strengthen and protect your inner core. Facilitators Merrillyn Hener, MSPT, IMT,C.
