The retreat will include: Exploratory sessions and reflective classes Guided self-inquiry and thoughtful activities for personal insights Grounding nature walks to connect with the present moment (weather permitting) In this supportive setting, you'll have space to explore your authentic self and develop the courage to clear the heart and mind. Facilitators Marianne Weiss is a Raja Yoga student of more than 25 years. She enjoys synthesizing her love for spirituality with her clinical and community work and volunteers to facilitate meditation classes and projects around the world that spiritually empower individuals. Professionally, Marianne has worked for more than 17 years as a clinical therapist and social worker and is currently an executive for a national nonprofit organization. Claudia Eisinger is passionate about co-convening gatherings and conversations where people reconnect to their innate worth as souls and where authentic engagement, rooted in love and trust, inspires elevated action. Claudia began Raja Yoga meditation 25 years ago and appreciates its transformational power and practical application to everyday life. For 30 years, Claudia has worked professionally as a qualitative research insight specialist, certified convening leader, and workshop/retreat facilitator. Jarvish Patel was born and raised in India. He came in contact with the Brahma Kumaris in 2009 upon moving to Toronto as a University Student. Since that time, he has been involved in the activities of the Brahma Kumaris centers in the Toronto area. Professionally, he works with an airline company and enjoys sharing spiritual wisdom with people in his close connections.
